Sales Navigator Scraper and Lead Export

Mastros exports Sales Navigator Lead Search and Account Search results to Excel, CSV, JSON or JSONL. The extension reads the results your own Sales Navigator session already displays, runs entirely in your browser, and charges no per-lead credit. Mastros never guesses email addresses and never automates connections or messages.

What comes out

What the Mastros extension saves from Sales Navigator

The Mastros LinkedIn extension exports two Sales Navigator searches: Lead Search for people and Account Search for companies. Each export carries the fields the results page already shows the signed-in seat — nothing is added from an outside data provider, and no field is inferred.

Lead Search

The people in a Sales Navigator lead search, with the fields the results page already shows your seat.

Account Search

The companies in a Sales Navigator account search, exported the same way as leads.

The four LinkedIn searches too

The same extension covers Profile, Company, Jobs and Posts search on LinkedIn itself — one install, six searches.

CSV, JSON or JSONL

CSV opens in Excel and Google Sheets. JSON and JSONL suit a pipeline or a CRM import.

Sales Navigator export is one capability of the Mastros LinkedIn extension, which covers all six searches from a single install.

How it works

How to export a Sales Navigator lead list to Excel

Five steps, from an empty browser to a spreadsheet of leads.

01

Add the extension

Install the Mastros LinkedIn extension from the Chrome Web Store. It needs no LinkedIn password and reads no cookies — you stay signed in normally in your own browser.

02

Run the lead search in Sales Navigator

Open Sales Navigator and build the lead or account search you want, with every filter applied. Mastros exports the search you already ran; it does not search on your behalf.

03

Open the Mastros panel and pick the search

Choose Lead Search for people or Account Search for companies. Both read the results page Sales Navigator has already rendered for your seat.

04

Preview the fields and set the size

Check the fields Mastros found before committing. Set how many records to save, and switch on Only new records to skip anything a previous run already saved.

05

Start the run and save the file

Mastros paces the run to stay inside LinkedIn's own limits, then writes the results to CSV, JSON or JSONL. CSV opens directly in Excel and Google Sheets.

How the bill works

Mastros prices Sales Navigator exports by plan, not by lead

A Mastros plan buys a monthly number of records, and a record is one exported row. Nothing is metered per lead, so the price of an export does not change with how many rows it contains — up to the plan's limit. A record already saved never counts twice, and unused Pro records roll over.

Credit-based exporters work the other way: each record spends a credit, and the balance is what runs out. That model exists for a reason — the credits usually pay for email finding and verification, which Mastros does not offer at any price. The table compares the billing shapes at two sizes, not two vendors.

Credit-based behaviour marked “varies by vendor” genuinely does — this compares pricing models, and no specific tool's terms are stated here.

The limits, stated up front

What Mastros does not do on Sales Navigator

Mastros never finds, guesses, verifies or buys an email address, and uses no outside data provider. If a contact's address is the reason for the export, an enrichment tool is the right category and Mastros will not replace one.

Mastros sends no invites, no messages and no InMails. It does not follow, like, comment, repost or apply, and nothing runs in the background — every run is started by hand. It cannot reach a profile, list or account the signed-in seat cannot already open, and it does not raise or bypass LinkedIn's own limits.

Mastros is not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn. Users are responsible for complying with LinkedIn's User Agreement and with applicable law, including GDPR and CCPA.

Where the data goes

Where Sales Navigator export processing happens

Every Sales Navigator export is built inside the browser, from the page Sales Navigator has already rendered for the signed-in seat. The file is written straight to the computer running the browser. No lead list, search result or account record is sent to a Mastros server.

The Mastros backend handles account sync, quota counting and billing. It never receives exported data. The extension asks for no LinkedIn password and reads no cookies — the seat stays signed in the ordinary way, in its own browser.

Watch it run

A Sales Navigator lead export, start to finish

The walkthrough covers installing the extension, running a lead search in Sales Navigator, previewing the fields and saving the CSV.

The walkthrough is being recorded. The written steps above are the same procedure.

Common questions about Sales Navigator export

Yes. Lead Search and Account Search read the results Sales Navigator renders for your own seat, so the seat is what grants the access. The extension does not provide Sales Navigator data and cannot reach anything your seat cannot already open. The four LinkedIn searches — Profile, Company, Jobs and Posts — need only a normal LinkedIn account.

No. Recruiter is a separate LinkedIn product with its own search surfaces, and it is not one of the six searches the extension covers. Those six are Profile, Company, Jobs and Posts search on LinkedIn, plus Lead Search and Account Search on Sales Navigator. A Recruiter seat does not add anything to the extension.

Run the lead search in Sales Navigator with your filters applied, open the Mastros panel, choose Lead Search, set how many records to save, and start the run. Save the result as CSV, which opens directly in Excel and Google Sheets. The steps are on this page, and nothing is typed into a separate tool.

No. Mastros never finds, guesses, verifies or buys an email address, and uses no outside data provider. The export contains only the fields the Sales Navigator results page already shows your signed-in seat. If email finding is what you need, a credit-based enrichment tool is the right category and Mastros is not a substitute for one.

One record is one exported row — one person, company, job or post. The free plan covers 250 records a month, Pro covers 10,000 for $9 a month, and Scale removes the monthly limit for $18. A record you already saved never counts a second time, so re-running a search you have exported before costs nothing.

You are responsible for complying with LinkedIn's User Agreement and with applicable law, including GDPR and CCPA. Mastros is not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn. The extension only reads what your own seat already displays, starts every run by hand, and paces itself, but that is a design choice rather than legal advice about your use.

Mastros reduces the usual causes rather than eliminating risk. It sends no invites, messages or InMails, runs nothing in the background, and paces each run instead of requesting as fast as possible. You choose how many records to save. LinkedIn's own limits still apply and Mastros cannot raise or bypass them.

No. The export is built in your browser from the page Sales Navigator has already rendered, and the file is written straight to your computer. No lead list, search result or account record is sent to a Mastros server. The backend handles account sync, quota and billing only.

The extension exports the results of a search you are viewing. Open a saved list in Sales Navigator so its members are showing as results, then run Lead Search against that view. If a surface does not render results your seat can see, the extension cannot export it.

CSV, JSON or JSONL. CSV is the one to pick for Excel or Google Sheets. JSON suits a one-off import, and JSONL suits a pipeline that reads one record per line. All three carry the same fields, and Mastros shows you those fields before the file is written.
