Terms of Service

1. What the Service is

The extension runs in your browser on the AI assistant sites it supports (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Perplexity, DeepSeek, Copilot and Le Chat) and exports conversations your own signed-in account can already see into files on your own computer: one chat, chats you pick from your list, or a backup of all of them, plus a pack for moving your history to another assistant. It is a tool that automates reading and formatting.

It reads only. It never sends a message and never edits, deletes, archives, shares or moves anything on an assistant's site; it does not log in on your behalf, does not bypass access controls, and cannot reach anything your account cannot reach. Moving to another assistant produces files and instructions; importing them is something you do yourself.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 16 and able to enter a binding contract. Your licence is tied to your Chrome profile email or, if you are not signed in to Chrome, to an install identifier on your device. You are responsible for activity under your licence.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• access conversations you are not entitled to see, or circumvent any technical restriction, login wall, rate limit or security measure;
• export or publish other people's conversations without their permission, including chats or projects someone shared with you;
• resell or redistribute exported conversations as a dataset or data product, or use them to train or evaluate a model where the assistant's terms forbid it;
• reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the extension itself, or share your licence with others.

Each assistant's own terms still apply to you. Using an automated tool may breach them, and an assistant may rate limit, restrict or suspend accounts at its discretion. That is a risk you accept and manage. The extension reads at a measured pace and stops when a site asks it to slow down, which keeps that risk low, but we cannot eliminate it and we do not indemnify you against it. Their terms: OpenAI (ChatGPT), Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), xAI (Grok), Perplexity, DeepSeek, Microsoft (Copilot), Mistral AI (Le Chat).

4. Your exported conversations

The files you produce are yours and never pass through our servers. That also means the responsibility for them is yours: where a conversation contains personal data about identifiable people, you act as the data controller and must handle it lawfully. We are not in a position to answer requests about that data on your behalf, because we never hold it.

5. Plans, billing and refunds

• Exporting the chat you have open is free, in every format, without a limit. Backups and other runs over many chats are metered per chat and are unlimited during the beta. If paid plans are introduced, they will be announced in the extension and on this site before anything is charged, and the points below will apply to them.
• Prices are shown before purchase. Taxes may be added depending on your location.
• You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period and is not pro-rated.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing period has started, unless applicable law requires otherwise. If you believe a payment was unauthorized, duplicated or made in error, write to admin@mastros.online.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes withdrawal, refund or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

6. Availability and changes on the assistants' side

AI assistants change their sites without notice, and those changes can break an export until the extension is updated. We work to keep it working and ship fixes as quickly as we can, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability, or that any assistant or kind of export will keep working. Where an export is incomplete the extension says so in the file and in the panel rather than leaving a silent gap.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, or for action an assistant takes against your account. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded, and if you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate a licence that breaches these Terms, in particular the acceptable-use section, or that abuses the free tier. Where it is reasonable to do so we will tell you why first.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; the effective date above will move when we do. Material changes will be signalled in the extension or on this site. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
