You cannot find every comment a TikTok user has ever left. TikTok keeps no public comment history per account, and the app offers no search by commenter. What you can do is narrower and works: search the comments on your own videos in TikTok Studio, search inside one video's thread, or export a video's comments to a spreadsheet and filter the username column. That last method is the only one that scales past one video.

1. Search your own videos in TikTok Studio
If the comments you want are on your videos, TikTok already built the tool.
- Open TikTok Studio on the web (tiktok.com/tiktokstudio) or the Studio app.
- Go to Comments in the left menu.
- Use the search box to search by keyword, or filter by the commenter's account.
- Sort by newest or by most liked, and reply, hide or delete from the same screen.
Best for: creators managing their own comment sections. Covers only your videos.
2. Search inside one video's thread
For a specific video by someone else, TikTok's own comment panel can be read like any list, and the browser can search it.
- Open the video on tiktok.com in a desktop browser.
- Open the comments and scroll until the thread has loaded. Long threads take a while; TikTok loads them in pages.
- Press Ctrl+F (Cmd+F on a Mac) and type the username.
- Expand the View replies links first if the comment may be a reply.
Best for: one video, one person, once. Fails quietly on threads too long to scroll to the end.
3. Export the comments and filter by username
When the job is "did this person comment on any of these twenty videos", the answer is to get the comments out of TikTok and into a spreadsheet, where filtering is instant.

Two rows need a note. A cloud actor that takes a "username" is scraping the comments on that user's videos, not the comments that user left elsewhere; the input name is the video author. And the archive sites index threads they scraped in the past, so a hit means the person once commented on a video the site happened to crawl, and a miss means nothing.
What is actually in a comment export?
One row per comment. From the Mastros export:

The reply column is the one the other methods lack. A reply is where most of the conversation happens, and it is the part a Ctrl+F on a collapsed thread never sees.
Who this is not for
- Anyone trying to monitor a partner's, a child's or an employee's activity across TikTok. There is no view of another person's comment history, and the tools that claim one are not reading TikTok. Do not hand credentials to any of them.
- Anyone who needs comments from a private account's videos. Private videos are not visible to non-followers, so there is nothing to export.
- Anyone who wants the follower or liker list rather than comments. TikTok does not expose those lists on the web, which is why Mastros ships no such export and why tools that claim it stop after a handful of rows.
