LinkedIn Scraper and Sales Navigator Export

A Chrome extension that only reads. It turns your LinkedIn and Sales Navigator searches — profiles, companies, jobs, posts, leads and accounts — into one clean file for Excel or your CRM. You pick how many to save, and it skips the records you already have. No emails guessed. Nothing automated.

Same idea as the Mastros WhatsApp and Telegram tools — it only reads, and it works on your computer. Now for LinkedIn and Sales Navigator. Save the data you can already see as one clean file.

What you can save

Search first. Then save it.

Search on LinkedIn or Sales Navigator, set your filters, and save exactly what you found. Six searches in all.

The two Sales Navigator searches have a page of their own: exporting Sales Navigator leads and accounts to Excel.

This is the real panel

See the real thing, not a drawing

The panel spots the LinkedIn or Sales Navigator page you are on and saves what is there.

The panel knows which page you are on and saves what is there. CSV opens right in Excel and Google Sheets.

How it works

How to save LinkedIn data

From adding the extension to a file your CRM can read, in five steps.

01

Add the extension

One click from the Chrome Web Store. It works in any Chrome-like browser.

02

Open LinkedIn or Sales Navigator

The Mastros panel shows up on the side of the page.

03

It knows your search

Profiles, companies, jobs or posts on LinkedIn. Leads or accounts on Sales Navigator.

04

Pick your options

Choose how many to save, check the fields it found, and skip records you already have.

05

Save the file

Get a clean CSV, JSON or JSONL. CSV opens right in Excel and Google Sheets.

Stays on your computer

Your data stays yours

It only reads, you start it, and it works on your computer. That is the difference from email hunters and bots.

It runs in your browser

The work happens on your computer. Your data never goes to Mastros servers.

It only reads

It never sends invites, messages or InMails. It never likes, follows or applies. You start every export yourself.

Only what you can see

It reads the page you are looking at. It never guesses email addresses and never buys data from anyone else.

No names in our stats

We count how often the tool is used. We never see names, profiles or the data you saved.

Pricing

Simple pricing, by the record

A record is one person, company, job or post in your file. You only ever pay for new ones — a record you already saved never counts twice.

Frequently asked questions

It is a Chrome extension that only reads. It saves the LinkedIn and Sales Navigator searches you can already see into a clean CSV, JSON or JSONL file. On LinkedIn it handles Profile Search, Company Search, Jobs Search and Posts Search. On Sales Navigator it handles Lead Search and Account Search. You pick how many records to save, and you can skip the ones you already have. Everything runs in your browser.

Run a Profile Search and turn on the 1st-degree connections filter. Then export the results as CSV, JSON or JSONL. You get the name, headline, company, place and profile link for every connection on the page. LinkedIn shows one page at a time, so scroll to load the rows you want first.

Yes. Open a Sales Navigator lead search and the extension sees it right away. It reads the leads on the page and saves them as CSV, JSON or JSONL. The CSV goes straight into your CRM.

Sales Navigator has no Excel or CSV button of its own. Run your lead search, and Mastros sees it and saves every lead you can see. Pick CSV and the file opens right in Excel and Google Sheets. JSON and JSONL work too.

Yes. Run a Posts Search by word or hashtag. The extension reads the posts on the page — who wrote them, the text, and the likes and comments count — and saves them as CSV, JSON or JSONL. It does not save the list of people who liked or commented on a post.

Yes. Company Search saves the companies you can see, with the fields the search page shows for each one. To get people who work somewhere, run a Profile Search and filter by that company, then export the results. It only ever reads what LinkedIn already shows your account.

The fields the search page shows you, and the panel lists them before you save. A profile search gives things like name, headline, company, place and profile link. A jobs search gives the job title, company, place and job link. Press “Show all” in the panel to see every field it found for the search you are on.

You choose. Each search has its own top number, and Sales Navigator account search stops at 1,000 because that is all Sales Navigator gives back. The extension works at a calm pace so your account stays safe, and it shows you what you have used in the last 24 hours. Turn on only new records and it skips anything you saved before, so your file has no repeats.

CSV, JSON and JSONL. CSV opens right in Excel and Google Sheets. JSON is one tidy list. JSONL is one record per line, which is handy for tools like jq. CSV is the default, and every search can use all three.

No. Mastros never finds, guesses or buys email addresses, and it uses no outside data company. It saves only the fields you can already see on LinkedIn or Sales Navigator.

No. You stay logged in to LinkedIn the normal way, in your own browser. The extension never asks for your password. It never reads or saves your cookies. It reads only what is on the page in front of you.

It is an exporter that only reads, which is the safer kind of LinkedIn scraper. It reads the page you are on and saves it to a file. There is no automation, no bot behaviour and no crawling in the background. You choose what to save and how fast.

Save the file as CSV. The columns are clean and always named the same way — full name, headline, job title, company, place, profile link and more. You can match them to HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or any CRM importer in a couple of minutes.

No. All the work happens in your browser, and the file is made on your computer. Your LinkedIn and Sales Navigator data never goes to Mastros servers. We only talk to our server for your account and billing, and for counts that hold no personal data.

No. The extension only reads. It never sends invites, messages or InMails. It never follows, likes, comments, reposts or applies for jobs. You start every export by hand, and nothing runs in the background.

Mastros saves only what you can already see in your own LinkedIn or Sales Navigator account. It does not get around any lock. You are responsible for how you use the file, and for following LinkedIn's User Agreement and your local laws, such as GDPR and CCPA. Use it for honest work like research, hiring and keeping your CRM up to date. What LinkedIn's scraping policy actually says

The extension only reads, you start every run, and it sends nothing. That keeps it away from the bot behaviour LinkedIn looks for. Still, LinkedIn's rules limit outside tools, so go at a sensible pace and use it at your own choice. Mastros is not part of LinkedIn.How in-browser exporters cut LinkedIn detection risk

There are two separate ceilings and they are easy to confuse. Your Mastros plan counts records — one exported row each. LinkedIn's Commercial Use Limit is its own thing entirely: it caps how many profiles a free LinkedIn account can view in a month, it resets on the first of the month, and Mastros can neither raise nor bypass it. On top of both, the extension applies an hourly safety cap of its own, below what LinkedIn would tolerate, so a large export is paced rather than delivered as a burst that reads like automation.

You need whatever LinkedIn access the search itself needs. The two Sales Navigator searches — Lead Search and Account Search — need a Sales Navigator seat. The four LinkedIn searches only need a normal LinkedIn account.

You can save only what LinkedIn already shows you. If a search result or company page is visible in your account, the fields you can see can be saved. The extension does not open up data your account cannot see.

Yes. It spots both. On LinkedIn it handles Profile Search (including your 1st-degree connections), Company Search, Jobs Search and Posts Search. On Sales Navigator it handles Lead Search and Account Search.

Any Chrome-like browser — Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Brave, Arc and others. You add it from the Chrome Web Store like any other extension.

Free gives you 250 records a month, with all six searches unlocked and no credit card. Pro is $9 a month for 10,000 records, and the records you do not use roll over to next month. Scale is $18 a month with no record limit from us — LinkedIn's own safe limits still apply.

One row in your file: one person, one company, one job or one post. Only new records count. If you save the same person again in a later run, it does not count twice, so re-running a search costs you almost nothing.

On Pro, yes. Records you do not use in a month move to the next month, so a quiet month is not wasted. Scale has no record limit from us at all.

Yes. It is live on the Chrome Web Store. Add it to Chrome, open LinkedIn or Sales Navigator, and the Mastros panel shows up on the side of the page. Start free with 250 records a month — no credit card needed.

No. Mastros is not part of LinkedIn, and LinkedIn does not back us or work with us. The extension saves only what you can already see. You are responsible for following LinkedIn's User Agreement and the law where you live.

Save your LinkedIn data

Not part of LinkedIn, and not backed by LinkedIn. Mastros saves only what you can already see.

Please use it fairly

It is made for honest work: research, hiring, sales and keeping your CRM tidy. Save only data you are allowed to see. Follow LinkedIn's User Agreement and your privacy laws, such as GDPR and CCPA. Never use the file for spam or to bother people. Questions? admin@mastros.online
