Instagram follower export tool from Mastros: open a profile on instagram.com, pick Followers or Following in the Mastros panel, and the list is saved as CSV, XLSX or JSON with username, name, profile link, verified and private flags, and whether each account follows you back. It runs in your own logged-in browser session, asks for no password, and keeps every row it has already read when Instagram pauses the list.

How to export Instagram followers to a spreadsheet

- 03In the Mastros panel, choose Followers, Following, or Doesn't follow back, and press Save.
- 04Open the CSV or XLSX in Excel or Google Sheets.
Instagram following export tool

Why exports from other tools arrive empty
Instagram pauses long lists. A tool that treats the pause as an error hands you a blank file and a "try again" message. Mastros treats the pause as part of the job: rows already saved stay saved, the panel says what happened, and the run picks up from the last row. While a long follower export waits, comments, posts and media exports keep working.
