Export Telegram group members to Excel or CSV with Mastros: open the group in Telegram Web, pick All group members in the Mastros panel, press save, and the member list is written to a CSV file with names, @handles and user IDs that opens in Excel or Google Sheets. There is no bot to add to the group and no API key to create, because Mastros reads the member list your own session already shows.

02Open web.telegram.org and the group or channel.
03Open the Mastros panel, choose All group members, and press save.

When a group hides its member list

Some groups hide the member list from ordinary members. Then Mastros saves everyone who has posted in the chat instead, which is everyone Telegram lets you see.
