# Mastros.online: Telegram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram & TikTok Data Export

> Mastros.online builds privacy-first Chrome extensions that export and download what a signed-in account can already see (group members, chat messages, contacts, media files and search results) as CSV, XLSX, JSON or JSONL. Nothing is automated and nothing is harvested from strangers: the user opens a page they are already logged into, chooses what to save, and gets a file. The flagship Telegram extension runs entirely client-side with nothing to set up, reading the Telegram Web session the user is already signed into, with no API credentials and no second login. A separate WhatsApp extension exports WhatsApp Web chats, contacts, group members and media, with no API and no automation. A third exports LinkedIn and Sales Navigator searches, read-only. A fourth exports Instagram followers, following, comments, likers, posts, reels, stories and media, and is live in its launch beta. A fifth shows exact TikTok engagement rates and exports creator, video and comment data, and is live in its launch beta too. No external server processes your data.

## What It Does

Mastros.online lets marketers, researchers, and community managers export structured data out of Telegram Web and into a spreadsheet. It injects a sidebar into web.telegram.org and provides five extractors: Group Members, Chat Messages, Recent Contacts, Mutual Groups, and Media Download. All five are available on every plan, including Free. The only limit is monthly volume. Everything saved exports as CSV, JSON, or JSONL.

- It is a Chrome Extension (Manifest V3), not a standalone app or SaaS platform
- It works only on web.telegram.org: it does not work on Telegram Desktop or mobile apps
- There is one extraction engine and no setup step. There are no "modes" to choose between, no api_id/api_hash from my.telegram.org, and no separate account connection
- The engine reads Telegram's own structured data through the session the user is already signed into on Telegram Web, so it returns @handles, bios and phone numbers that the rendered interface does not display, and behaves identically in all 50+ Telegram interface languages
- All data processing happens in the browser. No user data is sent to Mastros servers
- It is not affiliated with Telegram

## Extractors: What Each One Saves

- **Group Members**: Extracts full member profiles from one or multiple Telegram groups. Supports current group, manual handle input, or browsing your group list. Collects: name, username, user ID, role, bio, phone (if visible). When a group hides its member list from non-admins, it falls back to collecting everyone who has posted in the chat; broadcast channels where only the owner posts are detected and skipped up front
- **Chat Messages**: Extracts message history from any open chat. Collects: message text, sender name, sender ID, timestamp, reply/forward metadata. The user chooses how many messages to collect
- **Recent Contacts**: Extracts profile info from your N most recent chat conversations. Options to ignore pinned chats and exclude bots
- **Mutual Groups**: Finds shared groups between you and a target user, then optionally extracts members from those groups
- **Media Download**: Bulk-downloads photos, videos, documents, audio files, and voice notes from any chat or channel you can access. Choose how many messages to scan. The run returns each item with its type and date, so the results can be narrowed to just the media and the period you want. Original filenames and metadata preserved. Delivered as a ZIP. Each downloaded media file counts as one message against your monthly message quota

## Export Formats

All extracted data can be exported as CSV, JSON, or JSONL. Profile fields include: name, handle, telegram_user_id, role, bio, phone, source_group, source_chat, scraped_at, source_mode. Message fields include: message_id, timestamp, text, sender_id, name, handle, bio, phone, source_chat, scraped_at, source_mode.

- **Pro**: $9/month. 5,000 profiles/month, 10,000 messages/month. The same extractors at higher volume. Each downloaded media file counts as one message against the monthly quota
- **Scale**: $18/month. 100,000 profiles/month, 500,000 messages/month. The same extractors at the highest volume. Each downloaded media file counts as one message against the monthly quota

Plans differ only by monthly volume. No extractor is gated behind a paid tier.

## Technical Details

- Chrome Extension, Manifest V3
- Content script injects the sidebar into web.telegram.org
- A single extraction engine (`tgLiveClient.js`) runs in the Telegram Web page context and reads structured data through the session the user is already signed into. There are no user-supplied API credentials and no session strings to store
- Long runs are deliberately bounded and resumable rather than endless, and Telegram's own rate-limit responses are honored before the run continues
- Backend API at telegram-scraper-api.mastros.workers.dev handles account sync, quota tracking, and billing via Stripe
- Analytics via PostHog (anonymized usage telemetry)

## WhatsApp Scraper (separate extension)

Mastros also offers a WhatsApp Web exporter, a distinct Chrome extension from the Telegram tool. It saves what a signed-in WhatsApp Web session already displays: chats, contacts, group members and media, written out as a CSV, JSON or JSONL file.

- Works only on WhatsApp Web (web.whatsapp.com) in a Chrome or Chromium-based browser; not the mobile or desktop apps
- **Web Mode only:** there is no API client, no account connection, and no automation of any kind (no sending, scheduling, auto-replies, or broadcasting). It reads only what WhatsApp Web has already rendered
- Four tools: **Group Members** (visible participants), **Chat Messages** (loaded history + contact card), **All Recent Contacts** (the chat list), and **Media Download** (the open chat's photos, videos and voice notes, downloaded in bulk)
- Phone numbers appear only if WhatsApp Web already shows them; hidden numbers are never revealed, and there is no deleted-message recovery
- Exports to CSV, JSON, or JSONL; all processing is client-side

## LinkedIn & Sales Navigator Exporter (separate extension)

Mastros also offers a LinkedIn and Sales Navigator exporter, a distinct Chrome extension, live on the Chrome Web Store.

- Works on www.linkedin.com and Sales Navigator in a Chrome or Chromium-based browser
- **Read-only:** it never sends invites, messages, or InMails, never follows, likes, comments, reposts, or applies, and nothing runs in the background. The user starts every export by hand
- Six searches: **Profile Search** (add the 1st-degree filter to export your own connections), **Company Search**, **Jobs Search**, and **Posts Search** on LinkedIn, plus **Lead Search** and **Account Search** on Sales Navigator
- It saves only the fields the search page already shows the signed-in account. It never finds, guesses, or buys email addresses, and it uses no outside data provider
- It does not need a LinkedIn password and never reads or stores cookies: the user stays logged in normally in their own browser
- Options per run: preview the fields it found, skip records already saved ("only new records"), and pick how many to save at a calm, self-paced rate
- Exports to CSV, JSON, or JSONL; all processing is client-side

- Shows the exact engagement rate of any TikTok profile: (likes + comments) ÷ views over the last ~12 posts, pinned and promoted videos excluded, computed from TikTok's exact counts rather than the rounded "1.2M" labels, always with sample size and a confidence level
- Saves creator profiles (followers, likes, bio links, and emails creators publish in their bios), creator search results ranked with average views and engagement rate, profile videos with full per-video stats, video comments with replies, video search, and related videos
- Downloads a video's file, cover, and audio as TikTok serves them: separate files or one ZIP with a metadata file
- It deliberately does not export follower or liker lists: TikTok does not expose them, and tools claiming otherwise stop after a handful of rows
- Adds zero requests of its own: it reads the responses TikTok's own page already makes, so it adds no rate-limit exposure
